- First Level IT support of software packages – ERP, CRM and others
- Sage 300 (Accpac) and CRM Ideal
- Management of Jobs – Job Allocation, Follow-up and Closing
- Customer Care
- Logging Calls, Setting Expectations, Updating Customers with Status & Feedback
- Development of Materials
- Manuals and videos
Our customers are all over the world, so this is an opportunity to gain experience with international clients.
- Minimum 2 years helpdesk/ customer service experience in a technical environment.
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
- Excellent Communication Skills / written and verbal.
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Crystal Reports
