SERVICE DESK CO-ORDINATOR

We're focused on providing amazing customer experiences.  As the Service Desk co-coordinator you'll be leading the charge.

The ROle 

  • First Level IT support of software packages – ERP, CRM and others
  • Sage 300 (Accpac) and CRM Ideal
  • Management of Jobs – Job Allocation, Follow-up and Closing
  • Customer Care
  • Logging Calls, Setting Expectations, Updating Customers with Status & Feedback
  • Development of Materials
  • Manuals and videos

Our customers are all over the world, so this is an opportunity to gain experience with international clients.

THE PERSON

  • Minimum 2 years helpdesk/ customer service experience in a technical environment.
  • NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. 
  • Excellent Communication Skills / written and verbal.

KNOWLEDGE OF:

  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Crystal Reports
  • Accounting
  • Business Processes.
